Timelapse footage of the stars moving over the equipment at the Cerro Armazones site. This is the location of the planned European Extremely Large Telescope (E-ELT), a 39-meter optical infrared telescope that will begin operations in 2022. Cerro Armazones is a mountain in the Chilean Atacama Desert, at an altitude of just over 3000 meters.
