Rosy Ground Frog
Description:
The Rosy Ground Frog, Eupsophus roseus, is endemic to South Chile. It inhabits moist temperate forests in the region. As with all of the endemic amphibians to this region, it suffers from habitat loss and faces emergent infectious amphibian diseases. This adult was encountered along a stream in Llancahue, Los Rios, Chile, November 2014.
