Located at almost 10,000 feet in an Andes Mountains cloudforest, Machu Picchu was the center of Incan culture and thought to have been abandoned in the 1500's. It was never found by the Conquistadors. Now listed as one of the seven wonders of the world. Llamas are used as living lawn mowers. The numerous terraces were used by the Incas for agriculture.
